Frequently Asked Questions

How much does FleetScan cost?

The app is free: carrier lookup, document management, AI upload, reminders and the web portal cost nothing. You pay only when you order a filing service from HAN, and every service shows its price before you order.

What documents can FleetScan handle?

Company registration, EIN letter, COI, IFTA license and decals, UCR, MCS-150, BOC-3, CA Number, MCP, EPN, PrePass, Form 2290, state permits (NM, NY HUT, KY, OR), CTC and vehicle registrations / cab cards — company-level and per truck.

How does the AI upload work?

Select up to 50 photos or PDFs at once. Each file is read by AI, recognized by type, matched to your company or a specific truck, and filed with its expiration date. Anything it can't identify is shown to you with a reason.

Is my data secure?

Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage, visible only to your company and HAN's compliance staff. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Does FleetScan file my renewals automatically?

FleetScan tells you what's due; filings are done by HAN's licensed compliance team. Tap “Have us do it” on any credential, confirm the price, and we handle the paperwork.

Is there an Android or web version?

The web portal at app.hantrans.us works on any computer and syncs with the app. Android is on the roadmap.
